Training
The acclaimed 10-week half marathon training course is back! Join Hartnell College Track and Cross Country Coach Chris Zepeda for workshops and track work that will prepare you to run your first half marathon or your PR!
The cost to participate in the 10-week training program is $30 per person. Bring cash or check to any active workshop at the Y or register online. Join any time during the course of the program. You don’t need to be a YMCA member!

Beginners PRE-Training Calendar
All workshops begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Salinas Community Y and all track workouts begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Hartnell College track. Saturday group runs begin at 8 a.m. and locations are communicated to registered participants weekly.
