This acclaimed 11-week half marathon-training course is back!  Join Francisco Cornejo, Gus Ibarra, and Stephanie Bouquet for workshops, group runs and track work that will prepare you to run your first half marathon or your PR!  This year we broke up some of the training so we can tailor the workouts for Beginning runners and then for Intermediate/Advanced runners along with workshops with all participants.

The cost to participate in the 11-week training program is $40 per person but if you register for the half marathon at that time, you will receive $10 off your registration fee.

The Kick Off Event is April 28, 2014 at the Salinas YMCA from 5:30-7:00 pm and you do not have to be a YMCA member to participate. There will be speakers talking about shoes, goals and you training log.

  • Mondays: All workshops at YMCA or Training at Hartnell College track 5:30-7:00

  • Wednesdays:  Intermediate/Advanced – Hartnell College track 5:30-7:00

  • Thursdays: Beginner – Hartnell College track 5:30 – 7:00

  • Saturdays: All – 8:00 – Group run location will be sent via email to each participant.
